Tracy Fogtmann is an Approved Service Provider to the DND Integrated Relocation Program and by connecting with her before your house hunting trip (HHT) she can make the transition as smooth as possible.

Tracy is pleased to provide a variety of resources to share with you to help facilitate your move making it as Tracy will work with you before your HHT  to establish what kind of home you’re looking for and in what price range, as well as what part of the Comox Valley you are interested in exploring. 

She can even pre-book appointments to view properties that interest you and provide information about our local community.

19 Wing, CFB Comox is a vibrant and active Air Force community. The Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CHFA) manages military housing on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND) and are responsible for the maintenance and allocation of approximately 12,500 homes at 30 locations across the country

The Canadian Forces Integrated Relocation Program represents the Treasury Board Secretariat’s approved policy for CF members on relocation of their Dependants, Household Goods and Effects

The Totem Times is a bi-weekly newspaper and has kept 19 Wing informed, and celebrated its honours and accomplishments, since 1960, making it the longest running newspaper in the Comox Valley.

The Comox Military Family Resource Centre (Comox MFRC) is a registered non-profit society that works to support serving members and their families in the 19 Wing geographical area. A wide variety of programs and services are provided to the community by a multi-disciplinary team of core staff, trained volunteers, and partners in the local community.
